Thomas (Tom) J. Siska, age 88, beloved husband of 62 years of the late Annabelle (Calabrese) Siska passed away on October 1, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. Devoted father of Anne Kohler (David), Tom (Kristin), Tony (Julie) and Tracy (Megan). Cherished grandfather of David Jr. (Savana), Oriana (Grant), Nicholas, Giana (Randy), Kevin, Daniella, Anthony and great-grandfather to Carter and Reese. Tom was a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather to the very end.

Visitation will be held at Rago Brothers Funeral home (7751 W. Irving Park Road, Chicago, IL) on Friday, November 18th from 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. and the Memorial Service will be at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Hope Church (9711 W. Devon Street, Rosemont, IL).
