Stella Grace Defrisco's Obituary
Aug. 9, 2011 - July 15, 2012. Lost her fight with Chiari 2, due to complications from spina bifida. Daughter of Rocco and Leslie, sister of Vincenzo. She will be missed dearly from her short time, but her fight, strength, and beautiful personality will be celebrated indefinitely. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice Foundation of Northeastern Illinois 405 Lake Zurich Rd Barrington, IL 60010
