Roberta L. Buettner, 82, leaves behind a lifetime of memories and a special place in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Roberta was the beloved daughter of the late Vincent R. Buettner and Hattie T. (Haas) Buettner, loving sister of the late Vincent M. Buettner, and dear sister-in-law of Nancy Buettner.

She was a cherished aunt to Alicia Houghton (Glenn), Susan (Tom) Ryan, and Kathleen (Andrew) Petcov, along with several great-nieces and great-nephews, and her great-great-nephew, Declan.

Roberta appreciated the simple pleasures in life. She loved spending time in her garden, tending to her flowers, and enjoying a good glass of wine. Her garden was a place of beauty and tranquility, reflecting the care and attention she gave to the things she loved.

Her beloved dog, Nell, was a constant source of companionship and joy. Nell held a special place in Roberta’s heart, and the love they shared was an important part of her everyday life.

Roberta’s life was made meaningful by the people she loved, the memories she created, and the moments she shared with family and friends. Those memories will continue to bring comfort and smiles to everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Though she is no longer with us, her memory will live on in the stories we share, the laughter we remember, and the love that remains.

Just as the flowers in her garden return with each season, the memories of Roberta will continue to bloom in our hearts.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, November 15, 2026, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. at her home.

Family and friends are invited to stop by, share a favorite memory, and celebrate Roberta’s life in the place she called home.
