Richard Stiman, 84, passed away surrounded by family in Frankfort, Kentucky, on Saturday, November 10, at 11:20 a.m. He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Jeppesen, daughters Tracy (Rick) Culen, Jaclynn Ziolkowski, Mandie (Nihad) Kazi, son Rick Stiman and sister, Patricia (Harry) Biegelmann. He was preceded in death by daughter, Kristie Jeppesen. Beloved grandfather to fifteen grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
