Richard L Phillips, proud veteran of the US Navy, passed away after a long term illness. Beloved husband of the late Rita A Phillips (nee Philpott), Loving father of Kellie Mueller, Lisa (Robert) Haney, and Mary (Robert) Jilek.  Dearest grandfather of Ashley, Anthony, William, Tyler, Halley, Samantha and Kyle.  Proceeded in death by his wife, his parents Richard and Helen Phillips, his siblings Robert, Raymond, Ben, Evelyn Cobb, and Harold and his grandson, Robert Haney III.  Supportive uncle to many nieces and nephews.

A memorial will be held Monday, April 1, 2024, from 6:00-8:00pm at The Original Rago Brothers Funeral Home 7751 W. Irving Park Rd, Chicago.
