Melissa Tosado was born on July 24th, 1979 to parents Angel Tosado & Ada Rodriguez.  Melissa passed away unexpectedly on June 27th, 2024.

When reflecting on the life of Melissa Tosado, it is easy to see that her generous heart accompanied her at all moments.  She had a laugh that was unique and simply infectious.  When Melissa laughed, you knew she was not only living in the moment, but she was whole heartedly enjoying herself.  She had a special love for animals and loved being surrounded by their pureness and loyalty.

Known for her love of both classic and new age rock and roll, an old soul Melissa loved bands like The Doors, Nirvana, Lou Reed, and Slipknot.  Her favorite holiday was Halloween, so of course that was also one of her favorite movies.  She loved scary movies and would collect them as well her favorite band and movie posters.  Melissa also had a knack for beauty.  You always knew she was about to walk into a room with her signature lip color: Red!

Melissa is preceded in death by her father Angelo L. Tosado, who passed away in February of 2024.  She is survived by her son Adan Andrew Tosado, Mother Ada Rodriguez, sister Lisette Tosado, brother Angelo Jr. Tosado (Valerie), nephews Angelo III and Brandon Tosado, nieces Stephanie Tosado, Alina Jaramillo, and Samantha Tosado.

Melissa was a loving daughter, sister, and aunt.  She was kind and generous.  She was loving and free-spirited.  She was care free and spontaneous.  With her bohemian spirit, Melissa will forever be missed and remembered as a woman whose heart was just too big for this world.
