Chicago, IL Born in 1932, Maryann Roman, a long-time resident of the Chicagoland area, died Saturday the 11th of June in the privacy of her home with Family by her side. Maryann had a love Dogs and Elephants, and enjoyed spending time with Family. She had a wonderful personality and smile that could light up a room. Born in a loving family of 15, Father Louis Wittig and Mother Gertrude Wittig, Sisters, Mildred, Dorthy (Lorraine), Bab, (Elenor), Sis (Shirley), Dolly (Ruth), Aileen, Margaret and Brothers Raymond, Herb, Buddy, Darky (Walter), Eddie, Carl, and Louis. She is survived by children Diane [Lowell], Gary [Wilma], Terry, Cindy [Jesse], Louie [Lori], Lisa [Ricky], Stevie [Debbie], Denise [Steve]. Scott [Ann], Mary [Mike], Val, Amy [Salvatore], Gertie [Mark], Deana [Greg]. She was also blessed with 31 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
