It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of our mom, Malgorzata Anna (Kielbasa) Augustyn, at the age of 63. Malgorzata passed peacefully surrounded by her children on August 16, 2024. Malgorzata was born July 18, 1961, in Tarnow, Poland, and later migrated to Chicago at the age of 22. She was united in matrimony to Stanislaw Augustyn, who preceded her in death. She is survived by her children (and spouses): Agnieszka (Vincent) and David (Victoria); granddaughters Elliana and Camilla.
