Joseph J. Adelfio born May 17, 1930.
Served in the Korean War and was honored with the Korean service ribbon and gold star, United Nations Service Medal and National Defense Service Medal.
Husband to the late Carmella (DeLeo) Adelfio. Preceded in death by beloved Son Joseph C. Adelfio. Beloved father to Son Salvatore (Linda) Adelfio and Daughter Rosemarie Adelfio. Joseph was a very proud Grandfather and loving Great Grandpa to several.
Also preceded in death by his brother Mario (Jean) Adelfio and Brother Tony Adelfio. Also his Sister Rose (John) Fischer, Josephine (Stanley) Szalajko and Sarah Adelfio. Beloved Uncle to many Nieces and Nephews.
Joseph loved his family and was always there to help or listen. He was a man of many great stories and always knew how to make someone laugh with his one liners. Joseph will be greatly missed, enjoy your new adventure with all those who went before you that you have missed. May you rest in God's loving arms dear father, Brother, Grandfather, Great Grandpa, Uncle and Friend. You will always be loved and missed however never forgotten.
