JoAnna T. Rice went to Heaven on Saturday, December 26, 2020. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on March 14, 1938 the daughter of Frank J. and Cecilia (BALISTERI) Mortellaro. Married to Kenneth J. Rice who proceeded her in death in 2015. She was loving mother of three children: Paula L. (Paul), Kenny (Tamara), and David M. Rice. She is preceded in death by two brothers Samuel and Frank J. Mortellaro JR., and grand daughter, Meghan. Grandmother of Delilah, Bryanna, and Noelle- and many more great grandchildren; and nieces and nephew. Ma, you will be forever in our hearts. She loved her cats and dogs, and many other things, for those that knew her know what they were.
