Hector Luis
Feliciano
May 31, 1953 – October 22, 2025
Hector Luis Feliciano, age 72, of Madison, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on October 22 2025, surrounded by the love of his family. Born in Peñuelas, Puerto Rico, Hector built a life defined by dedication, love, and wisdom. Married to Victoria Ann Feliciano, with whom he shared many years of laughter, partnership, and devotion. He was preceded in death by his parents, Enrique Feliciano and Lydia Alina Nieves as well as by his brother Gilbert Feliciano. He is survived by his sister, Carmen Luz Arzuaga and his brother, Jose Feliciano. Hector was the proud father of Daniel Luis Feliciano, Roberto Feliciano, David Phillip Feliciano, and Angelica Amelia Feliciano, and loving stepfather to Jessica Popp and Jennifer Matties. His legacy continues through his cherished grandchildren — Gisselle Rios, Daniel Feliciano II, Julian Feliciano, Dominic Feliciano, Alina Feliciano, Cambry Feliciano, and Lincoln Feliciano — and his beloved great-grandchildren, Parker Rios, Shepherd Rios, Arayah Feliciano, Jericho Rios and Abigail Feliciano. He also shared a special bond with his step-grandchildren Cameron Lewis, Calli Miller, Carson Matties, Adriana Popp, and Bryce Popp, and step great-grandchild, Cash Lewis. Professionally, Hector was a respected Director of Manufacturing for Bally Gaming, where his leadership, work ethic, and expertise earned the admiration of his colleagues. Outside of work, Hector found joy and peace on the golf course, a place where his passion for the game reflected his approach to life — patient, precise, and full of heart. Those who knew Hector will remember him as a loving, protective, and generous man — wise beyond measure and always ready with guidance, strength, or a comforting word. His presence filled every room with warmth, and his love will continue to inspire those he leaves behind.
