Enzo Di Cesare, 79, of Chicago, Illinois, passed away on January 16, 2026, surrounded by his children.

He was born September 25, 1946, in Torremaggiore, Italy (Provincia di Foggia), to the late Emilio Di Cesare and Teresa Tedesco. He was known for his extremely hard work ethic.

He emigrated to Chicago in 1974, where he married his beloved late wife Caterina Di Cesare (nee Arcidiacono) of 34 years.

In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Filomena and two brothers; Michele (Teresa) and Felice.

He is survived by two sons; Emilio (Lana) and Gabriele (Rita); two daughters; Teresa (Luigi) and Josephine (Ervin); brother Virgilio (Eda), sister Stella (Giuseppe) and eight beautiful grandchildren; Iris, Francesco, Sophia, Stefania, Joseph, Gianluca, Arianna, and Elijah.
