Anthony "Tony" Raso, age 89 of Chicago passed peacefully on Wednesday October 2, 2024.

He was born on February 20, 1935, the son of the late Mary and Anthony Raso. Amazing husband of 69 years to Myrtice Raso. Loving father of Debra (Sal) Alonzo, David (Shelly) Raso, the late Anthony Raso and the late Michael (surviving Maria) Raso. Grandpa of ToniMaire (Henry) Dunker, Anthony Raso, Frank Raso, Jimmy (Rachel) Shemroske, Michael Raso, Nicoletta Raso, Sabrina Raso. Great-Grandpa to Anthony Raso V and Emersyn Dunker. Brother of Amelia "Honey" (late Bob) Davison and Darlene (late Paul) Annunziata.

Tony was a friend to all and spent his life helping others. He worked with the Chicago Park District for years and was the life of the neighborhood for decades. Tony's memories and hard work will live on forever. His family and friends will truly miss the amazing man he was.
