Annabel Garcia, 63 of Chicago, has sadly passed away on August 18th, 2023. Annabel's passing is a tremendous loss for the family and friends who loved her the most. Annabel was incredibly generous with her time and was the definition of kind. Annabel was dedicated to serving others as a civil servant for the City of Chicago. Her expansive career with the City extended for multiple decades and ranged from working for the Department of Water Management, Department of Public Health, and Department of Aviation. Annabel had an adventurous spirit and traveled all around the world, making friends from Greece to Colombia that ended up acting more as family after even one conversation. Annabel Garcia is survived by her mother, Catalina García, her sister, Rose Silvera, her cousin, Yvonne Rico, and her niece and goddaughter, Annemarie Silvera.
