Ann Lammers Neff died on July 17, 2024 at the age of 99. She was born, August 29th, 1924 in Sunbury, PA. She was a graduate of New Trier H.S. and Northwestern University with a degree in biochemistry. She was married to Lambert (Duke) Neff Jr., whom she met in college, for over 50 yrs. Ann was an avid curler, golfer, gardener, and dog lover. She enjoyed cross word puzzles, history, Catholic charity, and scotch up until her 98th year when mobility forced her to move into a nursing home. She worked on airplanes for McDonnell Douglas near O'Hare for WW II's war effort. After college, she took a job at Searle before starting a family. She supported herself and family as a realtor for over 40 years.

Ann is survived by her children Kris (Bill) Wrieth, Jeff (Cheryl) Neff, John Neff, Andrew Neff, Stephen Neff (Nancy) and grandchildren: Ryan (Ashley) Neff, Tracy Neff, and Preston (Natalie) Neff. She has surviving sister Barbara Zust and brother Charles Lammers. Ann is preceeded in death by her parents Agnus (McDonnell) and Charles Lammers, and siblings John (Jack) Lammers, and Katherine (Kay) Everwine.

At her request, her body has been donated to science. A memorial service will be planned later.
