Aida Repa (nee Loro), 98, died Saturday, August 30 ^th at Heritage Woods, McHenry, IL.  She was born April 27, 1924, in Chicago.  She married Edward R. Repa on June 17, 1949 and enjoyed 55 years together until his death on February 19, 2004.

Loving mother of six: Carol, Diana (Brock) Donovan, Christine (Gary) Visconti, Ronald (Tracey), John and Tom (T'an deceased); proud Nona of four: Daniel (Sarah), Brock (Chris), Briana (George) and Rudy Repa .

She outlived her nine brothers & sisters the late Geno (Nora) Loro, the late Irene DeGrazia, the late Mary (the late Renato) Serafini, the late Ann (the late Reno) Rizzo, the late Anthony (the late Fran) Loro, the late Albert (the late Betty) Loro, the late Rico (the late Gloria) Loro, the late Orlando (Red) (the late Marylee) Loro.

A Graduate of McKinley High School class of 1942. Longtime member of St Joseph Parish, Addison and Christ the King Parish, Lombard. A former library clerk, reading was a passion she instilled in her children and grandchildren.  She was proud of her family heritage, of being an Italian American, raised on the near west side of Chicago.  Her Catholic faith was the rock that supported her throughout her life.
