Beloved husband of Gina, nee Pagani, for 27 years.  Dear son of the late Albert and Mary, nee Stompanata. Loving brother of the late Anthony (Michelle) and the late Judy (Manny).  Dear brother-in-law to Jim (Pam) Pagani, Brian (Diane) Pagani, and Christopher (Katie) Pagani.  Caring uncle to Anthony (Colleen), Michael, Nicole, Angelina, Samantha, Tiffany, Matthew, Annie, Gianna and Jonny.  Great uncle to Kai, Anthony, Gianna, Charlie and Bella.  Fond cousin and friend to many.

After a courageous battle with cancer, Steve died peacefully with the love of his life and so many family members at his side.  Steve was a graduate of DePaul University, an employee of Dominick's Finer Foods for 13 years and member of Local 597 Pipefitters for 26 years,  He was Dog Dad to Stella, Ralphie and Fredo and greeted in heaven by Bosco, Louie and Lucy.  It did not matter if Steve was a guest or host of the party, he was always the life of the party.

My heart is sad. Steve was a wonderful Man. I thought about Steve quite often when he took leave. Wondering how he was Doing. This world was a better place with him in it that's for sure. he always had time to chat up with great conversation early Tuesday and Thursday Mornings. My deepest condolences to his wife and family. Find comfort in knowing Steve was very well liked BY SO many. And I am certain he has his place in Heaven.

I had the pleasure to work with Steve here at FH Paschen when Samantha helped bring him on. He was always smiling and always had a great story to tell. I am grateful I got the chance to know him and I am sending my love, thoughts and prayers to Samantha, his wife and whole family.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Belcastro and extended families during this time. Steve and I went through our apprenticeship together. He was alway a great guy to work with and to be around. May you cherish the memories that you have shared with Steve.
