To the Salituro family, I worked, played softball, golf with Sollie from 1970-1974 at 16th District O'Hare Detail. Sollie was the greatest fun loving person I ever met. He was a great servant to all. I quit the CPD in 1974. In 1982 he helped me return to the CPD and finished my career. I will always be grateful to Sollie. God bless Him and all of you.

My late husband and I both worked at the CPD O'Hare and Sol was at the heart of the unit. He will always be remembered dashing around the airport on police or chaplain business. It wouldn't be a special celebration or Christmas party without George in a memorable plaid sports coat. My deepest condolences to Delores and family and may knowing he is a peace bring you strength.
