Jane Slazyk Lockett

I am a cousin of Carol. We recently kept in touch with each other by phone and email and I just received an email that Carol passed away. Carol's mother, Sally Lelko Walent and my Mother, Marie Lelko Slazyk were sisters. I am so sorry for the loss. I would like to make a donation in honor of a charity in Carol's name. If a family member could reach out in the future, that would be helpful. I will also let my sister, Patricia Slazyk Danhauer know as well of this loss.
