Our dear Carlota had touched so many lives in every way. She’s one of the Pillars of the Filipino Community. She’s loved, and will be missed by so many. I will treasure all of our grand gala dancing sessions. My deepest sympathies to the bereaved family. Rest In Peace, my very dear friend.
